Mr Frank Hlavacek tells me that there are at
least 150 Lavaceks (sic) {always did want to use the Latin
for "as written." Yeehaw, I finally got to do it!} in an online
directory who dropped their "H." "They don't know how
much fun they're missing trying to explain their name to
everybody," said Hlavacek. Amen to that!
One of my correspondants said: "there are those
people who last names begin with "HL" and those who
wish theirs did!" Now that's positive thinking, don't you
think?
I wonder how many of us miss out on all the telemarketing
call at dinner time becuase the nice person in the cubicle
making the rote calls just bleeps over our numbers,
deciding the name is too difficult to say? Thanks to all you
Smith's and Jones's for taking up the slack!
