Complexity
All complex things can be broken down into a series of yes/no answers and questions
The more complex a thing is the worse it will fare the fewer people involved in making
decisions about it
The more complex an activity the more people are required to make decisions about it
The more people involved in making decisions the freer they must be to make
decisions
The less people involved in making decisions on complex situations or organizations
the more likely that situation or organization will fail
Complex organizations leads to greater freedom when left alone
The more you try to impose one way, or view, upon complex situations, the more it is
subject to breaking, or incomprehension
In changing any one element of a complex situation or organization, all else will not
remain the same or equal; any plan that assumes no changes will fail
