Diplomacy

Diplomacy exists at all levels of human interaction, from individual to individual, to nation to
nation. At whatever level the individual to individual is always the most important

Diplomacy includes every aspect of individual and multiple individual and thus is complex
and random

Omitting the truth, denying the truth or lying are a necessary part of diplomacy

Diplomacy is intractable from negotiation

Diplomacy can be done through promises, threats, gifts, avoidance, cooperation, or nearly
any other method

Some people are better at diplomacy than others, often for intangible reasons

Diplomacy is the goal of attaining cooperation, which can never be achieved perfectly

Diplomacy tries to control the future, and can be successful only so far as the future and
probability can be controllable
