Levels of Government
Certain levels of government are better suited to certain tasks than others
No one level of government can handle any and all tasks
The more levels of government the easier it is to parcel amongst them the correct
amount of power and authority, duties and responsibilities
All levels of government should be responsive to the will of the people as individuals
And group of individuals who attempt to use any level of government to hinder or restrict
another group of individuals is wrong
