Obligations

All individuals and groups of individuals of whatever size or nature have certain obligations,
more so do governments have obligations

These obligations arise out of the nature of existence

Obligations arise also out of the rights of other individuals

Obligations are required of all individuals and groups, they must be observed and
performed equally by all

Obligations are the social glues that make for functioning, peaceful,, and prosperous
societies

The more each individual and group observes their obligations the more functioning,
peaceful and prosperous a society will be

There is an obligation to not prevent an individual's right to survive, to join, or not join, to
labor, or not labor, and indeed, exercise all an individual's rights

There is an obligation to not interfere, compel, force, prohibit, impede, hinder, or any such
related concept, the actions of any individual

While rights may or may not be exercised, obligations must always be observed and
performed

Throughout history one group of individuals has always attempted to gain political power to
absolve themselves of their obligations; political power will always seek to rid the political
power of its obligations

Governments are not exempt from observing obligations morally, but will always do so in
reality
