Theft and Fraud
Throughout all societies however big or small, in all history, have had theft and fraud within
the same range of 5% to 20% of the people so engaged, only times have changed this
percentage expressed as an absolute number
Theft and fraud at the individual level do not spring from any social system, economic
system, political system or society, they are endemic to all societies at all times
Theft and fraud lead to one branch of law, and are embedded in the tenets of all known
religions
Theft and fraud committed by governments do spring from certain types of political
organizations, with democratic and republican forms having the least amount of state theft
and fraud
