Government has no rights.

Most of world governments think they have rights apart from the rights of individuals.
And those governments think they grant rights as privileges of the state. To be given and
taken as the government thinks is good for it. Even today in England rights are a grant
from the King against his divine right to rule the people. That's the way rights were first
developed in England. The rights of individuals in other countries depends on the good will
of the government in power at the time because the mindset of most people is that they
exist only because their government or nation exists.

In America the government has no rights, instead it has obligations to respect the rights
of individuals which is inherent in each individual.

The foreign person believes he is the product of his culture and his culture will decide what
is best for him based on traditional ways. The culture must survive even if the individuals
within don't.

In America the culture is a product of the individuals and if the culture doesn't respect the
individual we should change the culture.

In fact, immigrants to America recognize this fact and so change their culture by moving
to America. They don't try to change themselves to conform to their own cultures but
get as far away as possible.

People will survive whether a government collapses or remains, but a government can not
survive if the people collapse or leave.

A government can not speak -- or do.

Only the individuals who control the government can speak and do.

If the people in control believe that the government and the country and society is for
their self aggrandizement the greater number of people will suffer.

Repressive governments are ruled by nasty obnoxious self-aggrandizing people who
believe that they are entitled to running other peoples' lives and accruing power only for
themselves, with no thought to he right of others, in some belief of the divine right of
they themselves to rule without having to answer to anyone, just like the feudal kings and
sultans of centuries ago.

These governments believe they have rights to act and do and that they are not the tool
of their people but the master of the people.
