Because nothing exists in a vacuum or is unconnected to other things it is necessary to
consider economy, law, politics religion etc., on a large, or macro level, but also as
individual things and their affects on individuals

It would seem to be difficult to pull a George Washington type out of the morass of the
Arab middle east, or even South America or Asia, and thus we need to work over a 20-50
year period to pull these nations out of their horrendous situations. To bring even Kenya
or Uganda out of their situation will require decades of education and development, and a
healthy dose of blunt talk.

And it the USA that must do the education. Places whose cultures and politics abhor US
involvement will necessarily remain backwards. It is, on the one hand their right to remain
backwards, but on the other, our duty to eliminate that very backwardness, even to the
point of the death of the cultural beliefs which consign the people there to poverty and
misery.

Because it is the rights of individuals to live better, and it is irrelevant whether their country
or their culture or their way of heritage lives. If we truly believe that all mankind are
created equal then we cannot stand by while these people suffer.

Military action thus may become necessary to take out recalcitrant and barbaric leaders.
We must clarify our goal: to bring every human being on the planet to the same level of
well being as in the United States.

For each country region a stated plan of development must be promulgated. Without this
development we are:

1) condemning millions of people to a Hobbesian Malthusian dilemma;

And 2) in effect encouraging the best and brightest of these nations to come to America
or the other English speaking lands, thereby further impoverishing their home countries.
